Pekko Koskinen
PEKKO KOSKINEN (re)designs conventional realities into playable forms, using the broad range of social mechanisms conceived in games. His designs have lead to fictional religions and other social forms, conceptual tools, self-designs, and eco-
nomies. Much of his work has taken place outside of accredited institutions. Some has been conventionalized into art, and has been exhibited in institutions such as the Athens and Mercosul Biennials, Volksbühne and NY MoMA. He is a member of YKON,
and has co-directed the Reality Research Center. He also co-founded SoSA (Social Space Agency), ECSA (Economic Space Agency), and recently, an organizational organism called XORG. Since 2016 he has worked in ECSA, developing new economic
and organizational architectures.
